Liz Sawatzky, Owner/Broker Liz is a return resident to the Western Slope, having moved back here in 2003. She has an educational background in business and sales. Liz has owned and operated several small businesses, most recently the Old Fire House Bed & Breakfast and Cafe in Creede, Colorado. Her lifetime love of the land in this area led to her desire to be involved with real estate. Liz loves working with people, and looks forward to connecting people with the right property. Bill Murray, Broker Bill is a relatively recent Colorado resident, having moved here in 1995. He was born and raised on a farm in Wisconsin and also lived in Maine for 25 years before moving here. Bill has an education degree and taught for a brief time before joining the Peace Corps. After his return he owned and operated a small construction company which renovated historic homes. His background in quality construction and his long-time interest in real estate led to the purchase of Lands-End Realty which became Needlerock Realty, LLC. Bill currently serves the community as a member of the Crawford Town Council and is the past President of the Crawford Area Chamber of Commerce. In October 2006 Bill sold Needlerock Realty to Liz Sawatzky. Bill spends his spare time learning to be a cowhand and raising cattle on his Fruitland Mesa ranch. Angie Tinch, Broker Associate Angie was born and raised in Kentucky, but spent most summers in the North Fork Valley. Her love of Colorado prompted her to pursue her undergraduate degree at Colorado State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. After spending so much of her life visiting the North Fork Valley, Angie decided to move permanently to the area in 2008. Angie's family has been in the North Fork Valley for decades and she could not think of a better place to raise her children.
